What's the best/closest hotel in Cleveland (Progressive Field)?

I'm trying to plan a family Indians baseball weekend for my Dad's birthday in August. I'm trying to figure out which is the closest (best) hotel near Progressive Field. Thanks alot!

1. The Rennaissance Hotel it is located in Tower City, and there is a tunnel that lets out right at Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena.
2. Well, the opposing team will stay in the Ritz Carlton, which is just down the street. But as you may know, that's a really fancy hotel and reservations are hard to get. When I went in April, we stayed at the Embassy Suites. I thought it was great! It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the stadium. And we went in April at night when the weather was in the high thirties and we walked, so in the summer now, you should be fine. And there's free breakfast in the hotel. And the rooms are pretty big for a hotel too! So I recommend that hotel highly. 3. Both the Ritz and the Renaissance are right in Tower City. The Hyatt is diagonally across the street from the "Tower City" complex, which has the local RTA train hub in its basement and shops and restaurants in a three-floor mall. Tower City is connected by walkways to the sidewalk in front of Jacob's field.
